The toll bills were sent to the registered owner's address on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles, or You were sent a violation notice for traveling through a dedicated E-ZPass Only Lane without a valid E-ZPass tag. Will this affect my credit? No Can I dispute the fees? No, your fees have already been significantly reduced. Do I owe any other tolls or violations? Failure to respond to this Toll Violation Settlement Offer promptly, may result in the referral to a collection agency for and/or suspension of your vehicle registration by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles under 15 New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR) § 127.14 or suspension, revocation or renewal hold of your vehicle registration under a reciprocal agreement with your home state as authorized for New York State by Vehicle and Traffic Law § 518 and/or pursuant to your home state's related vehicle registration laws, rules and/or regulations. This offer does not apply to violations issued by the MTA Bridges and Tunnels, Port Authority of NY&NJ, and other outstanding Thruway violations.
